Rowell Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (Shanghai) was established in 2003 with a factory covering an area of 5000 square meters.

ROWELL owns 11 converting sophisticated production lines to supply the following products including box facial tissues, handkerchief tissues, toilet tissues, paper towels, glued hand towels, toilet seat cover tissues, medical bed sheets, and others.

In 2009, ROWELL was the 3rd biggest OEM in China, as the leader of ODM suppliers in the tissue industry. We export 17x 40HQ containers of products on average per month to overseas market. The majority of our products are distributed at Japan, Singapore, the USA, Europe, and other countries and regions.
